I join art fight because I have bad art block constently and seeing people's OCS that I can draw not only helps me Practice but gives me something to draw when I'm stumped. I normally don't do revenges too often since I'm stumped on most of my attacks and only get like 4 attacks in but I love and appreciate every artist that attacks me! I'm mostly the one that's getting revenged but there was two people who I supported but didn't have enough motivation to revenge

Revenges are not a guarantee or promise. It’s an art gifting game, I know a lot of people say art trade. But it’s a gifting game. I love revenging people but last year it was so much all I was doing was revenging and I couldn’t revenge everyone… I had to get out of the mindset “I have to revenge” because I have a hitlist of characters I really like and want to draw.

Yeah revenging everyone definitely isn't required but no revenues at all is kinda strange to me, and not commenting or interacting with attacks is just plain rude to be honest. Obviously depends on how many attacks you are getting ig, but even then it should be possible to interact with most of them, even if it's not immediate.

last time i did artfight i made like 10 attacks and got NO REVENGES. as much as i like giving art i thought it would be more interactive and a mutual thing 🥹 like the whole purpose of the site is. and i really don’t mind and hope they enjoyed the art i gave but it also makes me feel a little ehhh because i don’t think it’s meant to be so one-sided

Art Fight is so fun when you're not viewing it as a ploy to get free commissions. The best part of the game is drawing designs you think are cool*, and the sweet interactions when someone gushes over your art *y'all are way too creative, I swear. I have like 50 bookmarks...

i honestly dont do revenges that much... i go in with a list of anthro characters i plan on drawing for people and only do revenges if they have an anthro character i wanna add to that to-draw list

I LOVE attacks and always say thank you and complement them! but due to how my brain works not everyone gets a revenge attack if I can't look at an oc/their oc's lore and get inspiration, and thats okay! if you can't revenge at LEAST say thank you and complement the attack!! new or seasoned artists both need complements!!

I do revenge people but it’s not a guaranteed thing 😭 if they attack me, I’ll give them an appreciative response and I’ll go through their characters and I’ll save a few of them, but I’m not 100% sure if I’m going to do a revenge. I don’t really put out very many attacks in general.. I’ve done like 5 attacks every artfight because I’m a slow worker and I just draw based on ‘I really want to draw this design’
