@shawnthefoodsheep: This high-end Houston bistro is serving great vibes and even better food 🇫🇷 Chardon might be in one of the city’s most notorious parking lots, but inside it feels like a modern Parisian brasserie with marble floors, warm wood arches, and soft lighting that hits different at night. The bread goes crazy… I literally asked if I could buy it in bulk 😭 Beef cheek bourguignon was super tender over silky pommes purée with a rich red wine sauce, classic French comfort done right. Fries are top tier too, easily up there with Lee’s and State of Grace. Ended with a soufflé and crunchy profiteroles, soufflé was the winner. Also starting a new series: ranking restaurant bathrooms… vibes were strong, only issue was single ply toilet paper. #houstonrestaurants #houstonfoodspots #frenchfood
