Ringconn is the best. Listen they got sued by Oura and they lost, which means they have the same tech sis, but cheaper AND no subscription!! It’s amazing I love it. Also, IT DOES NOT SCRATCH like oura does. I weight lift and keep it on, 10/10

Ringconn is amazing, I did so much research between this & the oura and the ringconn shows you way more hard data and trends which I preferred (instead of oura for example will tell you your sleeping temp is higher or lower than average without telling you the actual number). The gold for ringconn is so much better, it’s lighter & smaller, people are always surprised it’s a health ring. I’m soo happy with my decision.

Oura girl here! And as someone with endometriosis, pmos (pcos), and now 16 weeks pregnant with my first baby (naturally), it’s been worth every penny. I know so much about myself and my cycle, my habits. I wouldn’t trade it!

Hear me out. I got the oura ring like 2 years ago and loved it. Super annoyed about paying the monthly fee though when the ring already was expensive. It stopped fitting after I was pregnant/had a baby so I recently just ordered a cheap smart ring off amazon and it does literally everything the Oura did. It was under $60 and no monthly fee
