I've been in Peoria 2 years now. I don't understand people's love of Portillo's. Well, actually Portillo's and the Italian beef sandwiches that are everywhere. They are both way overrated.

Hardly anything is affordable without using an app. For what I can get for $7 on a bundle on the Taco Bell app, I would be paying double/more than double depending on what I get if I just ordered without the app. It’s so annoying!
