With a shower and a few convenient car parking spots (must time it right to get one!), plus dedicated golf cart parking, this is one of Vero’s prettiest beaches. Maison Martinique Creperie –One of the best outdoor dining spots for breakfast. Feels like a vacation getaway. Counter Culture Vero Beach – Fresh, organic, chef-made food with both classic and plant-based options. Located just north of Chelsea’s on Cardinal with very inconspicuous signage, so most people drive right past it without realizing it’s there. Indian River Citrus Museum – Small but packed with local history. A quick stop that actually tells the story of how this area was built. The Vero Beach Book Center – Hidden behind other buildings, just off Miracle Mile. Huge selection of books, toys, gifts and more. Great for both kids and adults. Lagoon Greenway – Peaceful nature walk that a lot of people overlook. Quiet, scenic, and a great reset. Located at Indian River Boulevard and 8th Street Consider the Cook – Hidden down a tunnel off Ocean Drive. Beautiful and unique kitchen finds you won’t see everywhere else. Alley Tacos – Low-key, no frills, and consistently good, authentic tacos on the service alley! Friday nights only! Open late! Four Suns Coffee - Tucked in the back of a clothing shop, this might be the best quick coffee stop on Ocean Drive. Which one are you checking out first?
