The amount of people that don’t know you can run windows on a steam deck still baffles me

I think you’re completely missing the point of the Steam Deck. It’s a very well-built machine, with one of the best displays you can find on a handheld and that alone makes up for any graphical gap compared to other devices. It also has, in my opinion, the best ergonomics. And let’s be honest: that 30 FPS difference is something you only “notice” because your brain convinces you that you do.

People get steamdecks so they have something that can fit into their busy lives not for performance. Automatic on off back into the game is amazing.

800p on a 7 inch screen is 206 pixels per inch, your average 2560x1440p monitor is 108 pixels per inch. the screen may be 800p but it is CRISP

steam deck is still great for indie games, emulation and can stream your games from your pc. that's what people buy it for, not to play AAA games

Bruh never used a steam deck. It’s a reason they’re constantly sold out
