@empty.glances: it sounds simple, but it takes a lot of emotional control to actually live like that. most people stay stuck in the feeling, replaying it, holding onto it longer than it needs to be held. but when you start looking at things that way, it changes how you carry emotions. if something can be fixed, you deal with it. if it can’t, you let it go instead of letting it sit in you and take up space. it doesn’t mean you don’t feel things deeply, it just means you don’t let those feelings control you longer than they should. and over time, that kind of mindset protects your peace in a way overthinking never will.
