Once you take it out of the package, it takes 24 to 72 hours to fluff. I'm still waiting for mines to fluff.

I got mine too and it said wash and dry it before putting it on your bed. I did, but I only sleep for a few hours. If you have menopause like me, this does not keep you cool! The only thing I think that would keep you cool at night is probably an ice bucket at this point! Disappointed!!
