Runway too short; you left the runway without enough speed to generate the lift required to keep you in the air, and so you immediately stalled. Losing altitude meant you gained speed, and so when you pulled back on the control column you gained a bit of your altitude back, but as you were lacking the engine power to maintain that speed you pitched up into another stall, causing controlled flight into terrain. Aircraft broke up on impact, no survivors, NTSB report concluded crash was caused by the bad piggies soundtrack being played in the cockpit

your using the symmetrical sails, the regular sails I believe generate more lift other than that just larger wings, your tailfin is huge compared to your wings
