Yeah, no one told me this. No one told me this. Thank you for telling other sis because I am 47 years old and finally got a diagnosis. I told my doctor I can’t handle the heat even though I have constantly had a problem with this. No one bothered to tell me this or even investigate this until I was 46 years old.

Listen I have always told EVERUONE that I struggle with temperature regulation. And everyone’s like “oh that’s normal, dress better” so I dress in layer I can take off and put on, but it doesn’t matter cause if there is an extreme temp change I usually sweat profusely (whether hot or cold) and vomit 😳

both of these things happen to me! More apparent when I'm cold my body starts shaking, and I can't control it. and it like freaks out. And it takes forever for me to warm up so bad that I try not to let myself get cold cuz it's scary!
