@susanjosephri: People always ask what gives me the right to walk into other shelters and speak on what I see. This. I built this from the ground up. No volunteers at the start… now over 600 active volunteers. Every system, every detail, every standard - earned. This wasn’t handed to us like this. We worked for it. I’ll drop the before photos in the comments. Do we have the same intake as places like Polk County Animal Control in Florida? No. But we also operate at less than a quarter of their budget.
