same 🫠 I’d go for snacks like this all the time, thinking I was fueling my body properly, but my stomach was always uncomfortable and my energy would crash after. it made no sense and I felt so frustrated. nothing worked long term. then I saw people talking about Eat Like a Woman Protocol (written by loren green) in a group.
