It never stops making me so angry when in today's world and how much recognition of our amendments and constitutional rights are being abused that there still so many police officers still do not know what it is that they gave their most precious God gift so freely away and do not even know what it is they gave it away for!!!! To me my personal opinion, ANYONE! I don't care what color, male ,female, old, young, nothing matters! but when you swear a OATH TO GOD AND COUNTRY! To protect those rights with your life, and you do it with no regard to why, or the End result isn't before their supervisor! or a court, BUT BEFORE GOD! I truly wonder what they can possibly feel is legitimate enough for them? and a narcissistic attitude won't work especially! It should be a law no person can even apply for a police job until they can first pass a constitutional course, know those amendments, and carry proof of knowledge of your rights! then maybe qualify immunity can be abolished.
