I LOVE my landlord. I’ve lived in my place 5 years and he has never raised my rent although market value in the neighborhood literally doubled. He fixes everything as soon as it breaks and told me to make him a to-do list of little quality of life fixes he can work on over the summer. 🥰

My FYP is getting hyper-specific now because our landlord also installed French doors without being asked to do so 😹 we had asked during the tour if our living room used to have pocket doors and by the time we moved in, he had found and installed the original French doors
