I actually use these….I got mine from Amazon. For someone who has had 4 transfusions and 2 iron infusions within 6 months, I can honestly say these with vitamin C has done my body good. I also drink beets along pomegranate as well. My hemoglobin went from 5.8?to 13 within 3 months

I just got some liquid iron supplement this weekend. Gonna see if that works. Mine and my daughters is super low, she fainted twice within a couple weeks
