@alorette06: On August 16th, 2025, my dad was mowing our yards while I was with my friend in my room. My mom got home from work around 1:00pm, I was blow drying my hair and I heard her screaming like I never have before telling me to call 911. I had no idea what was going on, at some point my dad collapsed on the bedroom floor face down. I didn’t even know that he was inside the house. The entire time I thought he was still doing yard work. He was last seen on the cameras around 12:00. So we believe he was down possibly a whole hour. I have so much guilt because I was most likely in my bedroom while he was laying down in the other room needing help for all that time. My mom and I turned him over and I started performing cpr on my dad. Everyone arrived within 5 minutes of the phone call. They did absolutely everything they could but he had just been out way too long. My brother is in the army and he just so happened to be able to get leave to come see us. He had one night with my dad before he passed. After calling my brother telling him that our dad isn’t breathing, he hit 160+mph in his dodge challenger (not the jeep) trying to get to us from his friend’s house. His car was smoking from driving so fast. I hate that I failed him and I wish I would’ve done better. But I miss him so much every day. He was loved by so many. #jesuslovesyou #fyp #backtheblue
