There's a 5th estate episode that highlights the 764's extortion of a girl in Red Deer and how they got her to mutilate herself repeatedly for their entertainment. (Exposing 764: On the trail of an extremist cult of online predators. Available on YouTube) The RCMP from Red Deer were worse than useless and effectively protected the predators. The various O9A (Order of the Nine Angles) nexions have been a problem since the 90's in Canada but supposedly started in the UK.
