hey pro tip the whole model is actually supposed to be black, when its too little polygons the game actually lags more, the higher the polygon count the better its optimised for games, hope this helps!!

serious tip. if you wanna decrease the amount of polygons, select your entire blender model, press controll B and then push the scroll wheel forward. hope this helps with optimisation!
