Para tersangka disangka melanggar Pasal 603 dan 604 juncto Pasal 20 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP," ujar Direktur Penyidikan pada Jampidsus Kejagung, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, dalam konferensi pers di Kantor Kejagung, Jakarta Selatan, Rabu (3/6/2026). Kejagung belum menguraikan detail kerugian negara yang terjadi dalam kasus ini. Syarief hanya mengungkap soal dugaan intervensi pengadaan SPPG atau dapur MBG lewat yayasan terafiliasi tersangka serta markup dalam pengadaan motor listrik, televisi, hingga sepatu di BGN. "Yayasan tersebut mendapatkan insentif miliaran rupiah setiap hari," kata Syarief. "Yayasan tersebut terafiliasi di antaranya dimiliki oleh Saudara DH, Saudara SS, dan Saudara LP," tambahnya.
