hey girl i’m trying to stick to a calorie deficit but usually what happens to me is the calorie counting becomes too stressful like making meals with a lot of ingredients… i get too stressed to count EVERY SINGLE INGREDIENT that i end up just not eating enough at all. do you have any tips on how to track ingredients in the simplest way possible? i feel like i might have just been doing it the hard way bc it confused me SO MUCH
