I think my main question is knowing when to actually start giving them more, and knowing when food replaces milk completely etc

So funny you said aubergine can cause allergies. I had no idea but my baby came out in hives instantly! As soon as I washed him in warm water it started to fade but I had no idea that would happen

brilliant video! We're weaning soon and I was wondering if you could tell me your thoughts please on how many new foods to introduce at one time & how regularly?
ie: week one Monday just broccoli at lunch only?
Tuesday broccoli and potato? or just potato? (lunch only)
Wednesday carrot at lunch only?
Thursday, Friday, Sat, Sun ...
then week 2 do lunch and dinner? or offer food at 2 meal times after say 5 weeks ?
Or Monday X1 food, Tuesday just milk, Wednesday X1 food, Thursday just milk...
I feel like I have no idea about frequency and quantity 🙈 (I know I won't be giving a full meal, I mean quantity as in how many times to introduce one type of food)
I hope that all makes some sense?😅🙈
