I do the bounty bars, but I don’t air fry them, I roll them, put them in the fridge to set a bit, then roll them in the melted chocolate, back in the fridge

there's a healthier version. use Fage coconut yoghurt instead of condensed milk, along with the dessicated coconut and 1-2 teaspoons of honey. works the same. 1 pot of yoghurt and 180 grams of coconut along with 2 teaspoons of honey. 300 grams of dark chocolate is needed to make 15-16 small bites.
