Well, I’m back to say I had a case opened on me today, saying my fragrance was completely crushed in transit. I double box and bubble wrap my items, the bottle looks intentionally pried open. So let’s see what Mercari says 😫

I got kicked off Mercari for pushing my point too hard. I’ve tried to appeal but it’s impossible. I called for months and couldn’t get through. I guess I should be glad I’m saving money not buying perfume there.

Mercari always sides with buyers. I’ve been burned by sellers and buyers on Mercari. They take huge fees from sellers and buyers alike that in a situation like yours they can reimburse both parties.
