I am not saying POP or polystyrene is the best. But why is everyone talking about fire outbreaks? Isn't the wood used for roofing also fuel? Why isn't anyone talking about that? If a fire affects the roofing wood, what will hold up your POP? Let's be realistic. Both options are good enough; let the homeowner decide what they want. Enough of the attacks. I preferred polystyrene before because of the price difference compared to POP, but now the reason is no longer justified. At ₦9,500 per sqm, it is almost the same price that POP installers charge for a plain design. So, where is the cost benefit?

You've very correct bro! is like when people are using polystyrene Paraphet on building roof that's going to carry many planks and logs that weigh over 2000 tonnes😏. Even,the temperature of our country isn't friendly with it.

polystyrene ceiling is very Lite materials, you have Sense, only pop used to collapse, when have leakage on your Ruf, your pop is gone
