100% Agree because they feed at the Title IV D - Child support trough! - If they fight for termination in costs the courts fedral funding - Child support is unconstitutional but courts found a way around it- Title IV-D is Part D of Title IV of the Social Security Act, codified at 42 U.S.C. §§ 651–669b. The specific section on state incentive payments is 42 U.S.C. § 658a. The federal child-support enforcement procedures people usually mean when they talk about Title IV-D are also tied to 42 U.S.C. § 654 (state plans) and 42 U.S.C. § 666 (required enforcement procedures). Basically incentivises custody issues to order support - Then courts develop programs to enforce and they get a 2/3 - for every $3 they get $2 reimbursement from fedral gov- :Until they replace Title IV D 1975 fedral funding act it is smoke and mirrors in family court-hanging on to an out dated law act . Title IV D is a 2/3 funding mechanism- for every 3$ levied in support the Fedral gov funds state $2 This is the courts motivation in orders -So presumption sounds good but one false accusation and wala you are out of your kids life on to 80/20- Once 80/20 custody the courts fight to change it because it costs them fedral dollars Thats why out of all the crap that gets overlooked in family court support is the one you go to jail over and get finacially punished for- because it can cost fedral funding, Abolish Title IV D Fedral Funding- If a parent can't afford to have the child and needs support then they should not get more time with them -
