If you soak ribs in Sprite, the blood will drain out easily and the meat will become tender) 갈비 7 lbs sliced beef short ribs 사과 1/2 apple 양파 1/2 onion 간장 3/4cup soy sauce 배쥬스 1cup pear juice 설탕 1/2cup sugar 맛술 1/2cup cooking wine 참기름 3Tbsp sesame oil 다진마늘 2Tbsp minced -깍두기 레시피 (Radish Kimch Recipe) 중간사이즈 무 2개 기준 무 깍둑썰기해서 스프라이트 500ml와 굵은소금5Tbsp은 물에 2시간 절여주기 (중간에 뒤적거려줘요) 절인후 물에 한번 헹궈서 물기 채에 받쳐 빼주고 양념장 섞고 마지막 에 파 10대 넣고 섞은후 통에담아 2-3일후에 익은거 보고 냉장고에 넣으 면 되요!! 고추가루 8Tbsp (red pepper powder) 배쥬스 4Tbsp (Korean pear juice) 다진마늘 4Tbsp (Minced garlic) 다진생강 1Tbsp (Minced ginger) 새우젓 4Tbsp (salted shrimp) 멸치액젓 3Tbsp (fish sauce) 설탕 1Tbsp (sugar) 물 1/3cup (water) -It’s based on two medium-sized radishes! Cut it into small pieces, Sprite 500ml, and 5 Tbsp of thick salt in water Pickle for 2 hours. After pickled, rinse it once in water and remove it on a strainer, mix the sauce, add 10chopped green onions at the end, mix it, and put it in the refrigerator after 2-3 days when it’s ripe!! -양념게장 레시피(Spicy Marinated Raw Crab ) 냉동게장 3팩기준(for 3 packs of frozen crab) 따로 해동할필요없이 흐르는물에 씻으면서 큰 다리들 가위로 잘라주 고 먹기좋게 손질해서 전체 한번헹궈서 채에걸러 물빼주기 큰다리들은 따로 냉동햇다가 오뎅국같은거 국물낼때 사용해도되요 -양념장(sauce) sugar 3/4cup 설탕 red pepper powder 1cup 고추가루 fish sauce 1 1/2cup 액젓 (멸치액젓 :전 게세마리브랜드사용) sesame oil 3/4cup 참기름 minced garlic 1/2cup Rinse the frozen crab under running water while separating it a bit. Use kitchen scissors to cut the large legs into smaller, bite-sized pieces. Give everything one more quick rinse, then drain well in a strainer. I usually freeze the big legs separately and use them later to make broth (like fish cake soup). Add the cleaned crab into a container, then mix it thoroughly with the sauce so every piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for about 24 hours. Then it’s ready to eat!
