Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At about 1:00 AM on November 13, 2023, a Tampa police officer saw a grey 2016 Audi speeding down Interstate 4. The car was going about 120 MPH and appeared to be racing a Mustang, but the Audi was moving faster. The officer turned on his lights to pull the car over, and the driver pulled onto the shoulder. He approached the vehicle and found the driver was 23-year-old Lillian Ochoa. While talking to her, the officer sensed signs of intoxication and detected a strong smell of alcohol. Lillian claimed she had not been drinking. But the officer called Officer Sheldon Snaggs to perform sobriety tests. Officer Snaggs arrived around 1:09 AM and learned from the first officer that Lillian was speeding excessively. Lillian got out of the car and talked with Officer Snaggs. She admitted she had been at SoHo Saloon and MacDinton’s Irish Pub earlier that night. She also said she had consumed alcohol before driving. Officer Snaggs asked her to do sobriety exercises. He started with the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. Next was the Walk and Turn. During that test, Lillian failed to touch heel to toe, kept her arms awkwardly at her sides, and took too many or too few steps. The last was the One Leg Stand. She didn’t lift her foot properly and put it down before finishing the test. Because of her extreme speed, signs of impairment, admission to drinking, and poor performance on the tests, Lillian was placed under arrest for DUI. A search of her car turned up an open bottle of Chardonnay wine. Officer Snaggs then took her to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office for processing. She was charged with DUI and possession of an open container. She was released after posting bond and will appear in court. 19:34 I enjoyed her
