Lost my fiancé because I didn’t know how to process my emotions and she begged me for over a year to talk to her even if it’s a I feel like this but idk why and I have buried all emotions for so long I couldn’t break that habit or the fear of opening up to anyone and she just called it off and broke up with me and that was the wake up call to change after it was to late and I just regret so many things but not an ounce of regret for any of the time we had together

I did everything that I could. I worked on myself, I showed her patience. I showed her consistency in the end she still chose to walk away and I miss her every day part of me still has hope that show come back so I could show her that she is safe with me

i keep asking what she wants if she wants space from me or not and she just keeps saying she doesn’t know. we had been going good again for about a week n then i found out the whole time she was entertaining a guy and i kinda blew up on her over that and wish i didn’t react the way i did. but i feel like she’s trying to make me make the decision for her which i don’t like.

I am very clear on what went wrong. I see her now. She has the choice with no pressure. I tried the pressure part. even if not on purpose, and it obviously didnt work. I am glad it didnt. I am trying to build that connection slowly but surely. Space is being given. She needs it.
