The online portal is frustrating my luckily my GP has fantastic triage staff. My dad was hospitalised on a Friday afternoon by my GP triage team and rapid response nurses… so I am grateful for that.

the best one for forgotten password was when I rang IT after I'd been off to say I was locked out of the system as my password to login had expired. they said they sent me the link via email. I explained I didn't have access to my emails without logging in but they insisted if I went into my email I'd be able tk change it 😂😂
