ok look I just wanna say something to clear this doctor your right but these things do not make you taller but they help growth maybe like half a cm extra in like what 1 and a half years so height is based off of genetics I'm 142cm at 13 man Ik what I'm talking about my brother is 15 and he's 178 cm he sleeps late eats unhealthy eats the same protein as me almost everyday eats sugar at night sometimes and is skinny and tall so I'm really short for my age and it's ok I'm hoping I get taller at puberty but to make this clear this stuff your talking about is just helping you grow but wont make you grow more than your genetics say for example if I eat red meat everyday cut sugar and live in the sun sleep early throw my phone in the trash I won't get taller than my genetic height
