2 endometrial ablations 5yrs apart trying to stop horrible bleeding. neither worked. I ended up with post ablation syndrome and the most painful cramps ever. had a hysterectomy last summer and discovered I had Adenomyosis after my pathology results. I wish I had the hysterectomy 10yrs sooner and not messed with the ablations. also tried BC pills and IUDs.

Had a hysterectomy at the age of 32 and it was the BEST decision! Have never regretted it.

Severe adenomyosis & pelvic congestion syndrome .. but the PCS is coming back . So now I’m going back to vascular .

I am so glad I got a second option last year. I was scheduled for a hysterectomy and just didn't feel ok with it. Found another doctor who did a sonata procedure and IUD placement. The recovery was super easy and I got back to normal like in a week.

I’ve literally begged and pleaded to have mine out… I’m almost 40 and endo and heavy periods control my life. On vacation and bam period started a week early… it just wants me miserable and I just wanted to enjoy a vacation w my kids without it 😭

I’m so happy after 20 years of asking, I FINALLY got a hysterectomy as a 41 year old woman. Had to almost get cancer to get someone to agree to it but it’s finally done! 😂

Lots of obgyns jump right to that! I’ve went through 3 in the last year where it was mentioned within 5 min of our first meeting. Like can we maybe try something else versus just major surgery. Finally found a good one
