Adopt a personality outside of your personal one. It’s what works for me as an introvert. I think up a more outgoing person of myself and pretend I am like that. You know the saying, fake it till you make it.

networking as an introvert is awfully uncomfortable but you gotta do it. Read the thing in front of you, see if there are any pointers, go to the first person you make eye contact with and ask them about themselves
