Today I had my first ever whole body thermography scan along with a breast ultrasound instead of a mammogram. Of course I had to pay out-of-pocket. I think I want to start doing that yearly.

I saw a video the other day of a woman who tests her urine instead. There’s something that they test for, and u can detect this through urine sampling. I need to look into it

One time when I did it in LA, the doctor called me to say we needed to do it again bc he accidentally broke the slide when it was under the microscope- idk, but seemed a bit weird.

I get blood work every 3 months through my Dr just to see if my vitamins and diet are on point. He thinks he is finally going to prescribe something, nope!!! I like him though, he listens… I just dodge the extra exams. I love how real you are!!!
