I signed it asked for a copy and took it to HR because they wrote it based off false information claiming I went home on multiple days in a row supposedly for attitude. Joke was on them we had an electric clock in and out system and I went and asked our payroll to print off those dates that proved him wrong. Bonus she offered me the videos of me clocking in and out. He had to bring me in the office and have me sign papers in front of his boss that stated this write up was retracted.

Off topic question: how do I get HR to answer my emails regarding my ADA accommodation request. I sent an email to confirm my understanding of our discussion and they refuse to answer it. I’ve emailed them 4 times in 2 weeks. Seems like they’re lying to me about the terms.

I just had a bad evaluation because my manager didn't like me. She was leaving the job but she wrote the evaluations before she left and now I have a bad evaluation in my file and I didn't get a raise because of that evaluation. Now new manager is saying how good of an employee I am.

Having been fired by a horrible toxic manager, people need to know when to reach out to an attorney! My boss fired two of us, both members of the LGBTQIA community, a third member quit because they knew they were next. My attorney told me after the first write up and PIP was when I should have reached out.

I’m a former labor rep. I’ve also seen when they don’t sign it they change it and add more to it that they didn’t originally have. My advice is to always sign like she says.💯

I got “coached” but it’s still in writing. I wrote a total of 6 pages between the 2 write ups. I documented receipts including dates and times 😁👍🏻
