“No reason” but there’s literally no other lights except headlights and going around corners where it’s extremely dark or other cars headlights are blinding and you cant see the road, I don’t know why people get pissy at others for safe driving especially at night or during rain

Its called regenerative braking. every time u take ur foot of in a hybrid or electric the car will automatically put the brake lights on bc everytime u use the brake or slow down it recharges the battery

It’s an EV. If you drive in regen mode it will display brake lights if you come off the throttle

That's an MG4 (an EV). The driver propably has regenerative breaking to the maximum(default). He lifts off the accelerator, the car slows down and lights up the break lights.
