@detroitriverfront: The Riverwalk between Beaubien and Rivard is back open! This section closed over the winter for an MDOT infrastructure project, and now it’s ready just in time for spring and summer on the Detroit Riverfront. The work completed helps improve water quality in the river and reduce flooding for local residents and businesses. With this reopening, the Riverwalk is once again fully connected from Gabriel Richard Park and Belle Isle all the way to Ralph Wilson Park. (Let's not forget that the Southwest Greenway will take you to Michigan Central and the Dequindre Cut will get you to Eastern Market). We've never been more connected, Detroit!
