I am 52 years old with type two diabetes. I’m on 100mg of testosterone a week dosage which I split into two doses. Just got labs back with 5.3 estridiol and 53.9 hematocrit. What do I do ? I’m pretty worried about this . I did miss a dose and it was 6 days between doses . Would this mess with the numbers? Testosterone level is only 293

Don’t block estrogen but it has to be managed. When mine gets too high, I lose the benefits of TRT.

estrogen drives up shbg binding more testosterone, but the doc is reluctant to prescribe more T. so the only way to free up the bond T is lower estrogen. I'm not saying tank your E2 just keep it around 30 to 40. if this video he said your T dose is wrong well I suspect he meant too much T but the whole point is to get your free test to 20. or as close as possible.
