My mom told me once I walked too loud when I was 9 or 10. I spent the next few years learning how to be nonexistent in my steps. I now often jump scare people on accident with how quiet I am 🥲

Parents did that to me, now it’s “why don’t you ever eat anything?” I do eat, I just eat at night when everyone is asleep or I eat when everyone is gone so no one can say anything to me.
