Cops should have to know the law to enforce the law. The please don't even know half of the criminal codes.Because when they don't know the code, they go to chief Google. Please pretext and pretense. So they don't have to actually quote the law. They just try to come up fishing with a minor crime. So that can eventually BE A reasonable crime.
