@respectthechain: Butter on ice cream… is it bad or is it good? 👀🍦🧈 We tried the viral Butter Vanilla Soft Serve at Papa d’Amour in NYC from Dominique Ansel and this is definitely not regular soft serve 😳 It’s organic A2 vanilla soft serve dipped in warm salted Isigny French butter that hardens into a buttery shell, then finished with fleur de sel so it cracks like chocolate. Sweet, salty, buttery, crunchy… but is it actually good?
