Donut Burger Dough • 1 cup warm milk • 3 tbs sugar • 1 packet instant yeast • 1/4 cup butter, melted • 4 egg yolks • 1 tsp vanilla • 3 cups bread flour • Oil, for frying • Vanilla frosting Add everything except flour to a bowl and mix. Add flour and knead about 5 minutes until smooth. Let rise 45 minutes. Roll out dough and cut into 8 circles. Heat oil to 350 and fry until golden on both sides. Microwave frosting until pourable, dip each donut, and let set. Burgers • 1 lb 80/20 beef • 1.5 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp pepper • 2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp onion powder • 1/2 tsp paprika • Cheese Mix beef with seasonings, divide into 8 thin patties, and cook until browned on both sides. Add cheese and let melt. Bacon • 16 oz bacon • 1/4 tsp pepper • 1/4 cup brown sugar Cut bacon in half and weave into 4 lattice squares. Top with pepper and brown sugar, bake at 415 for 10 minutes, then broil until crispy. To assemble add a donut, 2 burger patties, a sheet of bacon and another donut. Enjoy!
