ok ok ok. I'll try cottage cheese for the first time in my 49 years on earth. you've convinced me to just try it. I've had it in lasagna but that's it. so it's not gonna kill me to just take a bite and see if I like it and then hopefully I can use it in recipes like you do without feeling icky about it
