Posting, up when the outside leg goes forward, down when it comes back. It’s not bouncing, not lifting from the stirrups, it’s gentle hip lift.

I am about to get on this week for my 1st time. Im 47, learning to ride a horse so I can support my son with autism. He can now ride independently so to understand? Im taking riding lessons. 💜 Thank you sir. Im learning so much! This old dog is learning new tricks 💜🥰💜

That’s what happened to me . I was 19. Never went back. Love them but know nothing about them. I’m 68 now and will never be on a horse. I watch your videos because I want to know. I want to have a horse love me and me them.❤️
