@hiemilynoelle: RCSD said the homicide happened around 12:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Longcreek Drive in Columbia. When deputies arrived at the scene, they found a man who had been shot in the upper body. EMS and the Richland County coroner’s office were called, and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
