I think it's great that they set high expectations of parents, I see far too many of our teachers having to run around supplying things for students because their parents know they will. But not being able to go on excursions would be tough

This level of organization and preparation is top notch. They did not forget anything! The nausea medicine? AND a picnic blanket? It’s so cool to see how other children go to school in different parts of the world!

Wow. As a teacher this is a dream. Our students turn up for an excursion on a 35 degree day without water, hats or food! And yes, this is after the note home specifying what is needed!

Girl,this is nothing compared to elementary school(first year syogakkou)!! You will be shocked,crying,angry😂!! You have to write name of your kid name in each things and the things are damn,so mannyyyyyy!! Wish you luck,girl!!

As an Early Childhood Educator, I love all of this. Especially the part about practicing with your child before the trip! Go for a picnic with her, teach her to open her mat, make sure she can open her water bottle and bento lunch box by herself! Love, love, love the expectations on the parents to support their learning at home!!!

As someone who consistently got motion sick as a child, at least in Australia they sell children’s specific motion sickness tablets 😭 I’m 27 and still get car sick when my dads driving or if I’m on a bus for long periods

I love this sm actually , also ensures all time is spent enjoying the trip & not packing everyone’s blankets away, distributing lunches, passing out hand sanitizer/wipes… we need to make this universal!

As a solid type C parent I’m here for it!!! Would I be running around bonkers finding it all, yes but it’s so clearly outlined the expectation of parents. I hate planning when the details are more like “vibes”.
