Not a book recommendation but use the library!! I started taking my kids once a week they get to choose 2 books each and we read them for the week then swap them out! So good coz even if they suck it’s only a week!

My 2 year old will have the same book read to her three or four times in a row multiple times a day if you let her. We are loving Dazzlehands at the moment, we’re going on a bear hunt is always a classic. Honestly the thing I’ve found makes the biggest impact is going to the library regularly and have a regular supply of new books.

Honestly, if you have a local library get on to it! We have found our favourite books through them and they always have amazing recommendations! My almost 4 year old is absolutely in love with chapter books at the moment we just finished the first Harry Potter you can get a really cool interactive copy from Kmart and big w

Get the Do Not Open This Book series - any of those books are great. The Gruffalo, The Very Itchy/Cranky Bear, The Book With No Pictures.... I've got so many!
