Started this about a year ago. I’m privileged to be able to WFH when I want. So the first day or two I stay home as much as possible and only use pads/tampons if I have to leave the house. My periods have gotten so much better. Lighter, shorter and less cramps/side effects. By day 3 I usually don’t even need protection if I leave the house.
