I hate to have to say this but we don’t want him charged at Fed level rn, especially for what he’s accused of, bc that’ll result in an instant pardon. This criminal regime led by the President issues pardons for these as a policy. Charge him at state level and when this regime falls I’m sure there are federal crimes he can be charged with and stand trial for, but we need a system of justice which doesn’t currently exist.
