It’s basically a reaction to your saliva ….i have some and just spit in a cup with just the mouthwash and it gave same results as if i swished with it. Don’t buy it 👎🏼

Make sure to not just brush but floss as well and drink plenty of water also when you brush do it atleast an hour before bed and make sure that you swish and rinse very well!!!

Umm if you have that on your tongue especially on the sides. Go see a doctor please. The side one might not be a hygiene issue but a more serious issue. The one of top might just be fungus/candida.
