the interview process can take more than 6 weeks and after the 6 weeks you probably can't immediately start working. So even if I do get the job that can be 2-4 months of unemployment

My gran told me to just hand out my cv! Umm yeah they won’t take that because of gdpr rules in the uk and they just say “apply online” she wouldn’t even be able to turn the computer on! 😭

get an interview slot, it's a phone interview and the manager isn't in and I now in person, you go the manager I still not there, you repeat this process until they call you an hour after your interview time which you didn't know they reschedule, you tell them to loose your number

Completed 3 interviews HR, area and regional levels, positive feedback on all of them. Then just prior to receiving an offer the role was removed for an internal transfer. It’s not just youngsters struggling ATM
